Proteomic Peptide-Phage Display was used in combination with Deep Mutational Scanning to expand on and identify new Short Linear Motifs (SLiM) in domain-peptide interaction systems. A set of known SLiM contining peptide interactors were used to benchmark the method. These files constitute the raw data used for the benchmaking.
