Matching raw gene expression matrix and clinical metadata CSV files. Standardized directory structure with complete README file to fully reproduce all results presented in the manuscript. Usage Instructions Download and extract the compressed attachment to a local directory. Run scripts sequentially following the order specified in README.md. Store all raw data uniformly under the 1-data folder. Data Availability Statement This dataset contains all raw transcriptomic data, clinical patient information, and reproducible analytical code supporting the findings of the corresponding research article.
