Coastal Erosion Hazard Areas

<div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span>This data set contains areas that have been designated as Coastal Erosion Hazard Areas under Article 34 of the NYS Environmental Conservation Law. Coastal Erosion Hazard Areas are those areas of coastline identified as Natural Protective Features (dunes, bluffs, beaches, and nearshore areas) or Structural Hazard Areas which are found along stretches of shoreline which have a long-term, average, annual recession rate of a foot or more per year.
