Dataset of indicators for partial state compensation for aquaculture production and processing equipment under emergency conditions

This dataset presents indicators supporting the development of a partial state compensation mechanism for equipment used in aquaculture production and processing under emergency conditions. It includes baseline economic data, analytical calculations, projected financing requirements, and policy indicators designed to evaluate state support for aquaculture producers. The dataset provides information on the market value of fisheries equipment, estimated compensation rates, projected public expenditures for 2025–2027, and legislative proposals aimed at improving financial support mechanisms. It also assesses the impact of emergency conditions on the aquaculture sector and substantiates the need for targeted state intervention to strengthen production capacity, promote technological modernization, enhance food security, and improve the competitiveness of domestic aquaculture.
