Economic Growth & Community Investment

The Economic Growth and Community Investment (EGCI) service team invests in people, places and land within Ramsey County by providing programs and services that impact the well-being and opportunity of residents. Its departments are aligned to strategically leverage county investments directly to the resident and business communities. The service team is comprised of seven departments and one division: Community & Economic Development, Housing Stability, Library, Parks & Recreation, Property Management, Public Works, Workforce Solutions and Economic Growth and Community Investment Administration which includes the Finance and Accounting Division.
