We present a detailed study of nucleosome positioning of Saccharomyces Cerevisiae along different stages of cell cycle. Different type of nucleosome architecture and models of nucleosome plasticity are defined and correlated with their expression by comparing nucleosome and the expression profiles from the same sample at each stage.
