Immunoblot images showing the results from the analysis of Rnd3 phosphorylation in control and Y-27632 treated cells. For this HEK293T cells expressing GFP-Rnd3 were treated with either PBS or Y-27632 (30 μM, 1 hour). Rnd3 was immunoprecipitated by GFP-trap and lysates were immunoblotted for GFP and phospho-serine.
