The aim of the project was to describe the general diet in ten municipalities in Trøndelag county, before and after a field experiment about changes in diets. The survey is based on ca. 900 farmers from different age groups. The data is gathered by questionnaires concerned with illness, exercise, leisure time, smoking and diet.
