资源简介:
To investigate the molecular mechanisms of immunosuppression caused by Chicken Infectious Anemia Virus (CIAV), splenic lymphocytes were isolated from CIAV-infected chickens and uninfected control chickens. To mimic immune activation, cells were stimulated with chicken CD3 and CD28 monoclonal antibodies (anti-chCD3 and anti-chCD28) for 6 h, while an unstimulated control group was included. Total RNA was extracted from each sample, followed by library construction. Sequencing was performed on the Illumina NovaSeq platform to generate RNA-seq data. This dataset was used to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and to analyze pathways related to immune responses and antiviral defense.
