Liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry method for mycophenolic acid and its glucuronide determination in saliva samples from children with nephrotic syndrome

The aim of the study to check the possibility of determining mycophenolic acid and mycophenolic acid glucuronide in saliva using the liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method. The biological samples for the study were collected from 10 children with nephrotic syndrome treated with mycophenolate mofetil.
