This dataset contains extended data materials supporting the conceptual essay “Stage-Based Team Development in Education and Sport: A Theoretical and Applied Review of Structured Team-Building Interventions”, submitted to Open Research Europe as part of the HEAL Erasmus+ project (2023–2024). These materials were developed and implemented in Ukrainian schools, universities, and sports organizations under crisis and post-crisis conditions. They include: Team Development Assessment Tool (TDAT): a 10-item diagnostic questionnaire used to determine a team’s developmental stage (Forming–Storming–Norming–Performing). Teambuilding Algorithms: structured algorithms for team-building activities tailored to each development stage, including goals, tasks, leader roles, and practical exercises. Psychological and Pedagogical Implementation Guidelines: practical principles for facilitators, teachers, and coaches to foster team cohesion, trust, and communication. Foundational Theory Overview: a conceptual summary of the psychological foundations and value of team-building activities in sports and education. These materials are intended to support group facilitators, educators, and researchers working with interdisciplinary and multicultural teams in transitional, post-traumatic, or educational environments.
