Demand balance in the service industry in Russia 2018-2019

The demand level of Russian service industry sank at the end of 2018, reaching -13 percent in balance. A recovery of three percentage points was noted by the third quarter of 2019 relative to fourth quarter of 2018, when a demand balance of -10 percent was recorded.
