资源简介:
Mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP) measurements were performed using the Quantachrome Poremaster 60 instrument following a 6 months curing period of the composite materials. For each composite group, a single representative specimen was selected as characteristic of that group. Samples with dimensions of 7 × 7 × 20 mm were extracted from the central part of larger cured specimens measuring 100 × 100 × 100 mm. To ensure the reliability and reproducibility of the results, two replicate measurements were conducted for each composite type.Prior to analysis, all specimens were dried in an oven at 70°C for 48 hours to constant mass. The surface tension of mercury was assumed to be 0.48 N/m, and the contact angle during intrusion was set at 140°. The samples were initially placed in measurement cells filled with mercury under low pressure (up to 0.34 MPa) to fill large pores. Subsequently, the cells were transferred to a high-pressure chamber where pressures were gradually increased up to 413 MPa, enabling mercury intrusion into finer pore structures.
The letter "L" in the filename denotes low pressure, "H" denotes high pressure, and "Merged" indicates a combined file from both measurement stages. The attached files require PoreMaster software. Alternatively, the file can be opened in a spreadsheet application to read data on intruded mercury volume (cm3/g) at a given pressure (PSI).
