This Zenodo record contains the empirical background score distributions used for statistical significance testing in the RiSPICE pipeline. Specifically, it includes: Overall and Per-Feature scores for one million randomly sampled SNPs from the 3K Rice Genomes Project. Overall score significance thresholds. Per-feature score significance thresholds for 11 histone modifications and chromatin accessibility (ATAC-seq). The background distributions are provided separately for the 500 bp, 750 bp, and 1000 bp RiSPICE models.
