KOTau1_mouse_RNAseq

This study is part of eu-jpnd-tv project (project ID: G2089), which aim to study the role of neuronal genomic instability in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease. This particular study will use KOTau1 mouse, as a preliminary study to make sure that our novel method able to extract gDNA and cDNA from frozen single neurons and produce quality sequence data. Moreover, this study will inform us about role of Tau in genome instability in neurodegenerative disorders. Project outlines with regards to CGP informatics support.
