Single cell RNA sequencing was performed on sorted human lung mast cells to analyze the heterogeniety. Human lung tissue were obtained from 4 patients undergoing lobectomies due to lung cancer. Single cell suspention was obtained by enzymatic and mecanical disruption. The human lung mast cells were FACS sorted and single cell RNA sequencing was performed using the SmartSeq2 protocol. NOTE FROM SUBMITTER: The data is generated from human samples and due to GDPR and swedish legislation we are not allowed to release the raw data.
