Design Review Districts

Design Review is required through the establishment of Design Standards and Guidelines through several zoning districts as well as seperate rules and regulations applied to certain properties throughout the City. Design Standards and Guidelines are frequently established through the General Development Plan process and encouraged through small area plan recommendations.设计审查的落实需依托两项机制：一是在多个区划分区内制定设计标准与指南，二是针对全市范围内的特定地块施行单独的法规规章。设计标准与指南通常经由总体开发规划流程制定，并可通过小片区规划建议予以推广。
