Quantum Wavefront Shaping with a 48-element Programmable Phase Plate for Electrons: Dataset Captured for Phase Plate Characterization

An Electrostatic Phase Plate (EPP) for electrons can modify the phase of the electron wavefront by applying a voltage within discrete segments called phase pixels. The dataset includes defocused diffraction patterns captured in an electron microscope and a link to a public GitHub repository for processing it. This dataset was used to characterize the phase response of the EPP's phase pixels, resulting in the publication of phase sensitivity and error in the linked SciPost paper.
