Downy mildew-resistant cucumber(PI 197088) inoculated with Pseudoperonospora cubensis clean sequence reads within 1 day

This is a multi-time point study expression profiling of the DM-resistant cucumber PI 197088 with Ps. cubensis within the first day by RNA-sequencing. The primary objective of this study was to identify resistance-related genes and reveal cucumber early response process. In total, this work contributes to a better understanding regarding of the molecular processes and resistance mechanisms in response to Ps. cubensis infection.
