NRS-13035 | Warrants of execution

These are copies of writs issued by District Courts against lands. They give the number of the plaint, number of the warrant, names of plaintiff and defendant, details of the judgment and the sum involved, date of the warrant, and details of the debt. The warrants originate from District Courts all over the State, and so the plaint number and warrant number are probably part of the system of each individual Court. When the warrant was received by the Registrar General's Department, it was allotted a single number, by which it was filed. Warrants are on parchment and bound into volumes. (3/7414-37). 24 vols.
