Bovine peripheral blood T cell receptor gamma chain receptor repertoire

This study employs Illumina paired end 150bp sequencing technology to analyze the TCR gamma chain receptor repertoire of three bovine species. We designed specific primers targeting the bovine TCR gamma chain gene, using conserved sequences from the TRGV region to design forward primers, and conserved sequences from the exon1 of the TRGC gene to design reverse primers.
