Processed aggregate data and analysis code for Cardiometabolic multimorbidity and the disability–mortality architecture of healthspan loss

Disclosure-safe aggregate processed data and analysis code accompanying the study “Cardiometabolic multimorbidity and the disability–mortality architecture of healthspan loss”. The archive contains country-, platform-, age-band- and analysis-level results for 160,190 risk-set episodes from 80,550 participant clusters across 15 country units and six ageing-study platforms, together with figure and table source data, public aggregate reproduction code, the frozen controlled-data pipeline, a data dictionary, a source manifest and integrity checks. Participant-level CHARLS, ELSA, HRS, KLoSA, MHAS and SHARE data and participant-derived intermediate files are excluded because users must obtain them independently under the source repositories’ conditions of use.
