Project Description:

This project investigates the population-level relationship between cognitive flexibility and macromolecular properties of white matter across two key periods of adult life. It integrates multimodal neuroimaging and behavioral data to quantify white matter structural integrity and its association with cognitive performance.

The repository includes:

* Custom analysis code for processing T1-weighted and T2-FLAIR MRI data using the NeuroAge_v4 pipeline
* Derived datasets summarizing white matter microstructural metrics across cortical parcels and large-scale brain networks
* Behavioral task data assessing cognitive flexibility
* Meta-analysis-derived anatomical labels corresponding to regions of interest used in the analysis
