Completely sequenced plasmids from plant pathogenic Gammaproteobacteria were re-annotated with Prokka (Galaxy Version 1.14.6+galaxy1), using Galaxy version 24.1,7 and Bakta v. 1.10.3 with database v. 5.1.0 (https://bakta.computational.bio/), and using the default parameters. For Bakta, we specified that the sequences were complete, circular plasmids.
