纽扣是极其追求生产精细化的产品,纽扣生产企业在规模化生产的基础上又要实现个性化、定制化生产,通过人工判断客户需求再传达到生产线,所需要的环节非常复杂且损耗的时间成本巨大,产能效率较低。为此企业引进具备自动化生产线功能的IIOT平台系统,基于数据平台,实现精准的生产调度和能源管理,减少传统工艺流程下的能源浪费,最大化提升产能效率。本项数据分析通过采集钮扣日常生产过程的各种数据要素,运用数据计算分析IIOT平台是否真正实现了纽扣行业产能效率的提升。本项数据分析对整个纽扣行业(服装辅料)的产业升级具有极高的参考价值,可以在全行业内进行推广。1.数据采集:通过物联网将IIOT平台系统在生产过程的各种数据要素感知采集。采集的主要数据要素有:实时时间(t1,小时+分钟)、订单数(TM,颗)、上个工单完工时间(t2,小时+分钟)、标准工时(SWH,颗/分钟)、已完工数量(M,颗)等。 2.数据计算:根据以下公式计算预计完工时间(T1)和实时核算完工时间(T2):T1 = TM / SWH + t2 ; T2 =(TM - M)/ SWH + t1。 3.数据分析:对T1和T2进行比较。若T2≤T1,则效率提升,结果显示为“正常”,若T2>T1则分析结果为效率降低,显示为“异常”。因此,钮扣行业企业利用本算法规则可及时得出生产效率有无提升的结论。

Buttons are products that require extreme production precision. Button manufacturing enterprises must achieve personalized and customized production while carrying out large-scale production. Transmitting customer demands to the production line through manual judgment involves highly complex procedures, incurring substantial time costs and resulting in low production efficiency. To solve this problem, enterprises have introduced Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform systems equipped with automated production line functions. Based on these data platforms, precise production scheduling and energy management can be realized, reducing energy waste in traditional production processes and maximizing production efficiency. This data analysis project collects various data elements from the daily production process of buttons, and uses data calculations to analyze whether the IIoT platform truly improves production efficiency in the button industry. This project has extremely high reference value for the industrial upgrading of the entire button industry (apparel accessories) and can be promoted across the entire industry. 1. Data Collection: Various data elements generated during the production process via the IIoT platform are sensed and collected through the Internet of Things. The main collected data elements include: real-time time (t1, hour + minute), order quantity (TM, pieces), completion time of the previous work order (t2, hour + minute), standard working hour (SWH, pieces/minute), completed quantity (M, pieces), etc. 2. Data Calculation: The estimated completion time (T1) and real-time calculated completion time (T2) are calculated using the following formulas: T1 = TM / SWH + t2; T2 = (TM - M) / SWH + t1. 3. Data Analysis: Compare T1 and T2. If T2 ≤ T1, the production efficiency is improved, and the result is marked as "Normal"; if T2 > T1, the analysis result indicates reduced production efficiency, marked as "Abnormal". Thus, enterprises in the button industry can use this algorithm to promptly determine whether their production efficiency has improved.
