MALT Macaque hierarchy of dominance and economic decisions

"Data-processed" is a concatenation of the raw data from all individuals that can be found in "Data Tonkean.zip". "Eloconf_module" is the raw data used for the computation of the hierarchy of dominance (using the R script, Script_EloRating), and "Elo_Matrix_Tonk" is the output. "elo_dynamic_L0_P1+" is the final dataset, where trials are chunked into 1500 slices with the corresponding Elo score. Prospect Theory parameters, computed using the software mentioned below, are also reported in this file.
