This data contains genome sequences of single cells including model bacterial cells and environmental bacteria. Single cells were amplified by MDA. We have developed a new MDA method called single amplified genome in gel (SAG-gel), which uses picoliter sized droplets as reaction vessels. The aim of this project is to compare SAG-gel with the conventional MDA method.
