Metagenomic sequencing of human fecal samples from NAFLD and non-NAFLD patients infected with HIV

This project involves metagenomic sequencing of fecal samples from 12 individuals, including 6 patients with NAFLD and 6 without NAFLD. The primary goal of the study is to explore the relationship between gut microbiota and metabolic disorders (overweight/obesity, NAFLD, hyperlipidemia) in people living with HIV (PLWH).
