在规定充放电制度、以及特定的循环次数下,摩托车启动电池的放电容量保持率、容量衰减情况在高倍率启动放电下电压性能以及对应参数的变化率,同时监控高倍率放电下的5秒电压和90秒电压,监控其对应参数的变化率,用于评估该类型电池在长时间循环放电情况下的启动能力,性能衰减情况、电池性能稳定性分析以及电池使用寿命预测。1.数据来源 在规定的循环寿命测试制度下,循环记录摩托车锂离子01L-16-FFP启动电池1000次的实时容量数据 2.数据处理 2.1实时预警 基于摩托车锂离子启动电池放电容量,容量保持率和电池高倍率放电得到的5秒电压和30秒电压的性能要求,通过设置监测阀值并实现智能预警,当循环至容量保持率<70%的标称容量时结束循环,或者当高倍率放电的5秒电压低于10V或者90秒电压低于7.2V时结束循环。 当测试结束时,若循环记录1000次中均没有预警,则放电容量取1000次的数据;若循环过程中有预警,则采用预警时的数据作为放电容量。 2.2性能衰减变化率 采用以下公式计算摩托车锂离子启动电池性能参数: (1)放电容量保持率=放电容量/标称容量*100%; (2)容量衰减率=(初始容量-终止容量)/初始容量; (3)容量变化率=(终止容量-放电容量)/终止容量; 3.数据应用 通过分析摩托车启动电池的放电容量保持率、容量衰减情况在高倍率启动放电下电压性能以及对应参数的变化率,用于评估该类型电池在长时间循环放电情况下的性能衰减情况、电池性能稳定性分析以及电池使用寿命预测。

This dataset covers the discharge capacity retention rate, capacity attenuation characteristics, voltage performance under high-rate starting discharge, and the change rates of corresponding parameters of motorcycle starting batteries under specified charge-discharge regimes and fixed cycle times. It also monitors the 5-second and 90-second voltages during high-rate discharge, as well as the change rates of these parameters, aiming to evaluate the starting capability, performance attenuation, battery performance stability, and remaining useful life prediction of this type of battery under long-term cyclic discharge conditions. 1. Data Source Under the specified cycle life test regime, real-time capacity data of 01L-16-FFP lithium-ion motorcycle starting batteries were recorded across 1000 cycles. 2. Data Processing 2.1 Real-time Early Warning Based on the performance requirements for discharge capacity, capacity retention rate, 5-second voltage and 30-second voltage obtained from high-rate discharge of lithium-ion motorcycle starting batteries, monitoring thresholds were set to enable intelligent early warning. The cyclic test will be terminated when: - The capacity retention rate drops below 70% of the nominal capacity; or - The 5-second voltage during high-rate discharge is lower than 10V, or the 90-second voltage is lower than 7.2V. Upon test completion: if no early warning was triggered throughout the 1000 cycles, the discharge capacity data from the 1000th cycle will be used; if early warning was triggered during the test, the data collected at the moment of early warning will be taken as the discharge capacity. 2.2 Performance Attenuation Change Rate The following formulas are adopted to calculate the performance parameters of lithium-ion motorcycle starting batteries: (1) Discharge Capacity Retention Rate = (Discharge Capacity / Nominal Capacity) × 100%; (2) Capacity Attenuation Rate = (Initial Capacity - Terminal Capacity) / Initial Capacity; (3) Capacity Change Rate = (Terminal Capacity - Discharge Capacity) / Terminal Capacity; 3. Data Application By analyzing the discharge capacity retention rate, capacity attenuation characteristics, voltage performance under high-rate starting discharge, and the change rates of corresponding parameters of motorcycle starting batteries, this dataset is applied to evaluate the performance attenuation, battery performance stability, and remaining useful life prediction of this type of battery under long-term cyclic discharge conditions.
