Specific knockout Pspc1 in mouse endothelial cells cause neonatal death with multiple defects related to vascular development. The transcriptome of Pspc1 knockdown in MS1 cells corresponded to the findings from in-vivo model and reveal dampened signaling pathways. Overall design: The mouse endothelial cell line MS1 was choosed to infect lentivirus with shRNA taregting to Pspc1 and LacZ(as control). The RNA profilings were compared, and the result were present by gene set enrichment analysis.
