By comparing with other node importance calculation methods, the Build-Cumulative Contribution coefficient (BCCC) model has the highest coverage of 97.3% of the intersection of pathogenic genes and components-related targets enriched Gene ontology (GO) terms. According to the BCCC method, 46 active components were identified as the kernel component group (KCG). The enrichment pathways of KCG targets covered 95.23% of the intersection between pathogenic genes and active components. Finally, it is further verified by a comprehensive pathway and docking. Based on the KCG, prediction and docking simulations show that these components can affect gastric cancer synergistically through ErbB, cAMP and Ras signaling pathways.
