scRNA sequencing analyze the occurrence and development of benign airway stenosis

To investigate the underlying mechanisms of granulation hyperplasia in benign airway stenosis, we performed single-cell sequencing of granulation tissues collected from patients with benign airway stenosis and normal trachea from lobectomy patients. A total of 4 cases of granulation tissue and 3 cases of normal trachea were collected in this project.
