Gut metagenomes of high-fat diet mice with exercise interventions

This project contains shotgun metagenomic sequencing data generated from intestinal content samples of mice subjected to a high-fat diet (HFD) with lifestyle-related interventions. Experimental groups include HFD controls, HFD combined with exercise, and HFD combined with co-housing with exercised mice. The dataset enables comprehensive analysis of gut microbial community structure and functional potential, providing a resource to investigate how exercise-associated conditions modulate gut ecosystem dynamics under diet-induced metabolic stress.
