RNA-sequencing across different passages of mesenchymal stem cells from three donors.

To explore the biological diiference following MSC proliferation, we isolated MSCs from three umbilical cord tissues obtained from three donors, hereinafter referred to C56, C59 and C60. MSCs from each donor were then cultured and harvested at passage 2, 6 and 10 respectively (hereinafter referred to P2, P6 and P10). We next conducted global transcriptomics studies. MSCs from each donor were cultured and harvested at passage 2, 6 and 10 to represent different stages of cell proliferation.
