Asian seabass is vital in aquaculture, this experiment aims to investigate the transcriptomic changes in the spleen tissue of Asian seabass upon Vibrio alginolyticus bacterial infection at the 12-hour and 24-hour time point. The results will contribute to our understanding of the host immune response to bacterial infections. They may have implications for developing preventive and therapeutic aquaculture and fish health management strategies.
