Observational data and model output to "SNOWstorm (v1.0) - a deep-learning based model for near-surface winds and drifting snow in mountain environments"
收藏资源简介:
Observational data: Raw data from three automated weather stations (AWS) at Hintereisferner glacier, Austria, used in the validation of the case studie in "SNOWstorm (v1.0) - a deep-learning based model for near-surface winds and drifting snow in mountain environments", under revision in Geoscientific Model Development ( https://doi.org/10.5194/egusphere-2025-5608); also described in "A novel framework to investigate wind-driven snow redistribution over an Alpine glacier: combination of high-resolution terrestrial laser scans and large-eddy simulations", https://doi.org/10.5194/tc-18-849-2024. 2021_AWS_HEF.csv: data from temporary AWS on the glacier data_sth_202102.csv: data from station Hintereis 202101-03_ImHinterenEis_FRecDR_calc_TKE.csv: data from station Im Hinteren Eis. Model output: ts_snowstorm_obs_20210208.nc: Model output of SNOWstorm for case study: time series of surface-level wind extracted at grid points of AWS locations ds_snow_acc*.nc: accumulated drifting snow fields for the case study experiments ds_S_*.nc: SNOWstorm output fields at example time step used in the manuscript for experiments with different input settings
