The goal of this study was to determine the effect of muations in the three BCL7 genes (BCL7A, BCL7B and BCL7C) on DNA accessibility in K-562 cells. K-562 cells were edited using CRISPR/Cas9 to introduce mutations in the genes BCL7A, BCL7B and BCL7C. Parental cells were used as controls. Cells were treated with BRG1/BRM ATPase inhibitor BRM014 or left untreated. Cells were harvested for ATAC-sequencing.
