In this study, we aim to isolate and characterize a fully human anti-GPA33 antibody by combining phage display technology with trans-chromosomic animals. The isolated antibodies showed high specificity and affinity for GPA33 and, more importantly, cross-reactivity to both human and mouse GPA33 antigen. This cross-reactivity increases the utility of the antibody in preclinical models and may more accurately predict therapeutic efficacy in humans.
