Dynamics and environmental drivers of methane and nitrous oxide fluxes at the soil and ecosystem levels in a wet tropical forest

Databases of environmental and greenhouse gas fluxes (methane (CH₄) and nitrous oxide (N₂O)) at the soil and ecosystem levels, recorded at the Guyaflux tropical forest site in French Guiana between 17 May 2016 and 2 August 2018. These data are presented in the scientific article entitled "Dynamics and environmental drivers of methane and nitrous oxide fluxes at the soil and ecosystem levels in a wet tropical forest" (EGUsphere [preprint]; https://doi.org/10.5194/egusphere-2025-3501; 2025). The data are daily averages for both the raw data and the 1st - 99th percentile range.
