Dataset for: Altered Stress and Fear Responses in the VPA Rat Model of Autism

This repository contains the data associated with the manuscript "Altered Stress and and Fear Responses in the VPA Rat model of Autism Model: Behavioral Dissociation Across Tactile, Nociceptive, and Social Contexts". The dataset includes behavioral measures of freezing, defecation, and ultrasonic vocalizations (USVs), source data for all figures and supplementary figures, and supporting files used to validate USV source attribution in the emotional contagion paradigm. Data are organized by experiment.
