Brain connectivity dynamics metrics in transmen and cisgender young adults obtained through a sliding window approach

Database and general linear model results of the "<i>Brain connectivity dynamics in cisgender and transmen people with gender incongruence before gender affirmative hormone treatment</i>" study.<br>The sliding windows approach from Allen et al., (2014) was applied and <i>native</i> and <i>meta</i> states were obtained:<br>- number of transitions- mean dwell time- fractional time- number of meta-states- change of meta-states- meta-state span- total distance<br><br>The gender_dynamics.xlsx contains metrics data and correlational analyses with Spearman's rho outputs.<br>An SPV file (SPSS format) contains Multivariate GLM results reported in the article.<br>In addition and with similar results, Matlab files (.mat) are the group comparisons outputs from the General Linear Model applied with 1,000 permutation testing. Family-Wise Error correction was applied per each set of measures.
