Transcriptome analysis of circadian clock gene mutant in Brassica rapa. Brassica rapa subsp. pekinensis

We compared the transcriptome data of circadian clock gene, GIGANTEA RNAi mutant with wild type under light period. We have an interest how clock gene, GIGNATEA plays a role in Chinese cabbage. Here we use RNA-seq to compared the transcriptome data of circadian clock gene, GIGANTEA RNAi mutant with wild type under light period. This data may contribute to the study of mechanisms inherent in polyploidy genome crops differentiated from model plants in circadian clock regulation and be useful in breeding studies using clock genes.
