62 K. pneumoniae and 20 A. baumannii bacteriophages were isolated against clinically relevant strains of each host. These were then screened against the most prominent capsule types seen in their respective hosts, to identify those with a broad host range. Of these bacteriophages, 59 (29 K. pneumonaie and 20 A baumannii) genomes were isolated for sequencing, using the short-read Illumina technology. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
