Dataset 2: Amino acid mutations associated with in vitro antimalarial drug resistance in Plasmodium falciparum parasites from Kilifi, Kenya

Columns 3 – 16 show specific amino acids from the specified drug resistance marker. The number in each column name represents the amino acid position in the associated protein. Heterozygous calls are indicated in brackets, e.g. [A/S]. A dash (“-”) indicates that genotyping failed at that position and the amino acid could therefore not be called.
