Lipid hydrolysis by raclopride tartrate

HPLC data showing the rates of lipid ester hydrolysis by a zwitterionic D2 antagonic, raclopride tartrate. Data is expressed as the molar percentage of lyso-lipid in the sample at the time of quenching (by freeze-drying of aliquot): fatty acid signal was not easily quantifiable. However, linear increase of lyso-lipid signal meant fatty acid concentration could be assumed to be equal. System was deliberately chosen to deliver slow rates to make observation, sampling and quantitative analysis possible.
