In this study, the soil was sampled at the sweet sorghum tasseling stage, and the effects of different exogenous organic acid composite biomass treatments on the structural characteristics of soil bacterial communities were analysed by high-throughput sequencing technology, the Alpha diversity and Beta diversity indices were derived from the sequencing results to analyse the effects of the different treatments on the diversity of soil bacterial communities, and the species composition and differences of the different treatments of soil bacteria were comparatively analysed by species taxonomic level annotations. The species composition of soil bacteria in different treatments was comparatively analysed through the annotation of species taxonomic level.
