virome survey about main crops across China

This study mainly involves collecting plants, insects, nematodes, and other organisms from the field for virome research. The primary objective of this study is to investigate the prevalence, mutations, and evolution of known plant viruses, the identification of novel viruses, as well as the characterization of transmission vectors of the viruses.
