This database is based on single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) data, covering 34 types of human tissues including blood. The dataset contains 1175 cell type clusters, corresponding to 15 distinct cell type categories and 154 specific cell types. It also provides associations with immunohistochemical staining results to visualize the corresponding spatial protein expression patterns.
