The first volume (1811) records name, by what ship arrived, when and where convicted, sentence and remarks. It is alphabetically arranged within the groups Male convicts, Female convicts, Free men and Free women. The second volume (1814) is arranged by district (Windsor, Richmond, and Castlereagh, Parramatta, Liverpool, and Sydney) and distinguishing between free and convict men and women, it records name, ship, free or convict, on or off stores and children on or off stores, with remarks usually referring to employment. The last volume (1819) is similar to the second. 1811-19: 1811 (4/1224), 1814 (4/1225), 1819 (4/1227). 3 vols.
