Supporting data for "Helium redistribution and early defect competition in nanostructured tungsten"

Supporting data and the trained W–He interatomic potential for the study of helium redistribution and early defect competition in nanostructured tungsten. This deposit includes the original HIM and TEM acquisitions (01_HIM.zip and 02_TEM.zip), image exports, acquisition metadata, manuscript figures 2–4, the available composite for Supplementary Fig. S1, a panel-to-source index and earlier presentations of the microscopy results. Figure 4 includes the irradiation energy and fluence, with red arrows indicating normal incidence of 30 keV He⁺ ions. The deposit also includes the frozen, compressed DeePMD potential used in the W–He simulations and a README with software requirements, species mapping, units, a minimal LAMMPS usage example and an integrity checksum. Bubble-diameter measurements are excluded pending validation.
